For delivery of your orders we use the services of Econt. For abroad we work with other partners.
DELIVERY TIME: 1-3 business days for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For Europe it depends on the conditions of our delivery partners.
Possibility of delivery to address and to office of Econt. We advise you to familiarize yourself with their holiday working hours.
Art Deco Mos 7 Ltd. offers a 30 percent discount on the delivery price for each client when placing an order through the site!
Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier to the office or delivery address specified by the User on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery is at the expense of the User, unless otherwise expressly indicated on the Site. Each shipment is sent with the preview option. We advise you to check your shipments before paying for/receiving them from the courier. Before sending the ordered goods, botesto.store has the right to contact the User at the phone number/e-mail address provided by the User in order to specify details of the order and/or delivery.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
You can order online from botesto.store and specify the delivery option - "Pick up from store", thus you will benefit from FREE DELIVERY, regardless of the value of your purchase.
Art Deco Mos 7 Ltd. is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has specified false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has specified an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.
In exceptional circumstances, Art Deco Mos 7 Ltd. reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the User about this in a timely manner.
Products that are open and/or with damaged/crumpled primary packaging, as well as products that have already been used, are not eligible for return!
Products that have already been delivered by a courier/delivery and the customer has used their option to review the shipment are not eligible for return.
The return of the product is at the expense of the recipient and is possible if the customer has contacted Art Deco Mos 7 Ltd. from the phone number specified in the order and this happens at the time of delivery of the shipment with the review option.
All deliveries abroad must be paid for by card. Cash on delivery shipments abroad are not accepted.
In the case of promotional delivery, the promotion is valid only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, regardless of whether the site allows such a type of delivery.
Promotional deliveries do not apply abroad and the delivery price starts from 50 BGN per order.
